WHO CAN RENT A CAR?
A car can be rented by a person no younger than 21, who is in possession of a valid driving licence enabling driving cars in Poland, for at least a year.
WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO RENT A CAR?
A driving licence and additional credentials such as an ID or a passport.

WHAT IS THE COST OF RENTING A CAR?
All rates are listed at the price schedule and, additionally, our online reservation form shows the total cost of the rental immediately.
WHAT IS A DEPOSIT AND HOW MUCH IS IT?
All fees are listed at the price schedule and, additionally, the online reservation form shows the total cost of a deposit immediately. The deposit means blocked funds on your credit card and it is given back after a car is returned with no objections.
IS THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR EXCEEDING A DISTANCE LIMIT?
Yes, it is 0,40gr/nett for every driven kilometre.
WHERE CAN I PICK UP A CAR?
Picking up a car from our site is a standard option. You can also order an extra service- picking up a car from a chosen place in a city, for example, an airport, a railway station or a hotel.
CAN YOU DELIVER A CAR TO THE AIRPORT?
Yes, certainly.
IS THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGE FOR CAR RENTAL?
Our Clients do not pay any extra charges unknown to them in the moment of rental, for preparing of a car, for example. Clients are kept fully informed about any additional fees, like in case of changing a place of pick-up or adding equipment, according to the rates given at the price schedule.
IS IT NECESSARY TO POSSESS A CREDIT CARD?
Yes, a natural person or a natural person who is a sole proprietorship should possess a credit card.
CAN A COMPANY PAY FOR RENTAL BY BANK TRANSFER?
Yes, there is such a possibilty, of course.
CAN ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT SUCH AS NAVIGATION OR A BABY SEAT BE RENTED?
Yes, it is enough to tick it on the online reservation form.
CAN I TAKE A RENTED CAR ABROAD?
A rented car can be taken to any country of the EU and to Switzerland after obtaining a consent form. The information as for the fact must be reported before the car pick-up. Driving the rented car abroad is connected with a certain fee, which is a result of the need for adding a few elements of equipment required by restrictions of other european countries.
CAN CARS BE DRIVEN BY ANY OTHER PERSON?
Yes, certainly. However, it is necessary to report the fact while renting a car and to submit both credentials and valid driving licences of the other drivers.
IS THERE AN EXTRA FEE FOR AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER?
Yes, according to the price schedule.
WHAT ABOUT FUEL?
All our vehicles are tanked up at the moment of handover to Clients. When a Client returns the rented car, it should be also tanked up. If a Client fails to do that, they will be charged extra.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A CAR HAS A BREAKDOWN?
We make our 24h assistance of our car fleet experts available to You at any time. In case of a breakdown, contact our service department by calling +48 888 444 739, which is our helpline. The same concerns any type of events on the roads.
ARE THE CARS INSURED?
Yes, all our cars possess a necessary basic insurance. With the basic insurance, the responsibility of a leaseholder is limited to their own financial contribution (subject to terms and conditions). There is a possibility of purchasing an extended insurance which reduces the Client’s responsibility to zero (subject to terms and conditions). In case of any damage caused by other road users, You do not carry any responsibilities as long as You follow the rules included in the terms and conditions.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RETURN A CAR ON TIME?
Facing the needs of our Clients we have set the time of random events tolerance which is 60 minutes. We impose another daily rate on a Client who exceeds the time.
